4.4% – sweet, citrus, lightly bitter, refreshing.
Grain used: pale ale malt, flaked barley, munich malt, wheat malt, caramunich.
Hops used: columbus, centennial, galaxy, liberty. Liberty whole leaf hops added to cask for dry hopping – to partake strong hoppy aroma.
Brewed using our own spring water.
N.B. All beers are unfiltered, unpasteurised and vegan friendly as only whirlfloc (carrageen moss tablets) is used to aid in clarification.
