Roaring Ruby


4.4%  –  smooth, coffee, chocolate flavours.

Grain used:  pale ale malt, flaked oats,  amber malt, caramel malt, wheat malt, roasted barley.

Hops used:   Bramling Cross and liberty.  No dry hopping in this ale.

Brewed using our own spring water.

N.B. All beers are unfiltered, unpasteurised and vegan friendly as only whirlfloc (carrageen moss tablets) is used to aid in clarification.
