• Heir Raisin’


    We launched Heir Raisin’ for the Cask Ales and Strange Brews festival hosted by the Franciscan Well in January 2018. We brewed an imperial red ale and cask conditioned it on some rum soaked raisins. A one off batch that didn’t last very long!

    Style – Imperial Red Ale.

    ABV – 7%

    Flavour –  Malty, boozy, rum sweetness, caramel maltiness.

    Grain – pale ale malt, cara red, flaked oats, amber malt, dark munich, wheat, crystal 82, roasted barley

    Hops – Equinox, Bramling Cross, Centennial, Columbus.

    Brewed using our own spring water.

    Unfiltered and unpasteurised.

  • The Rapids


    Style – Rye IPA.

    ABV – 5.3%

    Flavour – Subtle nutty and spicy notes, piney aroma.

    Grain – pale ale malt, rye, cara ruby, munich, crystal 40, crystal 82.

    Hops – Equinox and Simcoe.

    Brewed using our own spring water.

    Unfiltered, unpasteurised and vegan friendly as only whirlfloc (carrageenan moss) is used to aid in clarification.

  • Breakfast in Baltimore


    Here at West Cork Brewing Co. we think breakfast is the most important meal of the day! With this in mind we have incorporated extra helpings of healthy Irish oats and only the finest Costa Rican coffee beans, hand roasted by our friend Shane at Red Strand Coffee. With subtle hints of blueberries, a dollop of cream, a sprinkling of chocolate and a shot of caffeine you have the perfect start to any winters day/night!

    Style – Coffee, chocolate and oatmeal stout.

    ABV – 6.7%

    Flavour –  Coffee. Lots of coffee! Smooth and creamy from the Irish oats with a hint of chocolate.

    Grain – pale ale malt, flaked oats, dark munich, flaked barley, roasted barley, carafa III, chocolate malt, crystal.

    Hops – East Kent Goldings, Motueka.

    Brewed using our own spring water.

    Unfiltered, unpasteurised and vegan friendly as only whirlfloc (carrageenan moss) is used to aid in clarification.

  • Roaring Ruby


    4.4% – smooth, coffee, chocolate flavours.
    Brewed using our own spring water.
    Grain used: pale ale malt, flaked oats, amber malt, caramel malt, wheat malt, roasted barley.
    Hops used: Bramling Cross and liberty. No dry hopping in this ale.

  • Sherkin Lass


    4.4% – sweet, citrus, lightly bitter, refreshing
    Brewed using our own spring water.
    Grain used: pale ale malt, flaked barley, munich malt, wheat malt, caramunich
    Hops used: columbus, centennial, galaxy, liberty.

  • Stout X Stoutwest


    4.3% – Rich, coffee, chocolate and cinnamon flavours.
    Brewed using our own spring water.
    Grain used: Pale ale malt, flaked barley, roasted barley, chocolate and carafa III.
    Hops used: East Kent Goldings.
